Ensure implementation and a continual improvement process in the standards of Health, Safety and Environment and reduce risk exposure in the work place. Also be responsible to ensure highest possible standards of hygiene in all the sites
· Ensure personal hygiene standards of all staff performing at various areas of activity during the visits / inspections / audits.
· Check and ensure appropriate hygiene practices in areas of service like rooms, kitchen, dining room and stores.
· Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reports and KPI statistics for reporting.
· Ensure training on Sodexo’s safety programs, policies and procedures based on systems from Corporate HSE.
· Elaborate and keep documented records of all HSE systems and training
· Maintain a safety registar, COSHH, MSDS etc
· Complete full reports and follow up on all action plans
· Ensure that PPE is being used in designated areas on base location and on site visits
· Ensure all Safety concerns, HIDs, near misses, unsafe acts and conditions are identified and brought to the attention of the QHSE team and location management.
· Participate in all client led HSE inspections and support Project Manager for all industrial safety criteria.
· Track and ensure staff medical records and documentation are up to date and in line with client/local rules
· Conduct regular inspection of sites and check for adherence to the governing safety policies and procedures.
· Ensure that the highest possible standards are attained and maintained in areas related to the contract
